The History and Grounds The Burdette Gallery was originally completed in 1980 by Paul Burdette on his country property in Orton, less than an hour's drive north of Toronto, west of Orangeville, to show not only his award-winning carvings, but the original works and limited edition prints of artists from around the world. The current owner built on the traditions of the Burdette’s and enhanced the natural beauty of the property. The three ponds were designed for trout. Alongside the pond is the dock and covered sitting area. The gazebo for picnics and BBQs is also positioned to take advantage of the views over the water. The Gallery The Gallery is a 2-level building with open spaces and flexible design. The lovely patios offer views over the surrounding countryside. The gallery has ample storage space, meeting rooms, lunch area and office. The gallery roof was re-shingled in 2010. The Residence The main residence is a 4-bedroom Panabode home perched on the hilltop looking over the trout pond below. From the Living Room one can enjoy the southern views along with the fieldstone fireplace. The south side of the home has a large deck with countryside views. In the lower level there is a large games room, storage rooms and a large family room. ![]() Presented by: John Dunlap, Broker of Record 647-280-7430 George Webster, Sales Representative 905-841-7430 george.webster@moffatdunlap.com
